Waitlist (Brevo)

When you sign up for the waitlist through the form on this website, we process your email address and optionally your name. The sole purpose of this processing is to notify you about the launch of FeedTube. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The data is stored with our processor Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). We have a data processing agreement (DPA) with Brevo pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Further information is available in Brevo's privacy policy.

You can withdraw your consent at any time and request that your data be deleted from the waitlist by contacting us at the email address given above.

Analytics with DataFast

We use the DataFast service to count page views and detect whether a waitlist signup was successful (conversion goal "waitlist_signup"). DataFast is loaded only after you have given your consent, and stores a cookie to recognise your visit. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

No personal data from the waitlist form (email address, name) is transmitted to DataFast. Beyond the name "waitlist_signup", the conversion goal contains no further payload data.

Consent management

When you first visit this website, a consent banner lets you decide which optional tracking categories (Statistics, Marketing) you allow. No analytics service loads until you have agreed to the relevant category. If you decline, nothing is loaded.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage for up to 12 months so we do not ask again on every visit. This entry contains no personal data, only your category decisions and the time they were made. You can review or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer, or by clearing your browser's local storage.

Video Delivery (Mux)

We use Mux Video to provide the product-preview video embedded on this website. The provider is Mux, Inc., Attn: Privacy Team, 88 Stevenson Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA (email: privacy@mux.com).

When the video is loaded or played, Mux processes the technical data necessary to deliver it, including your IP address, request time, browser and device information, operating system, and information about the video request. This processing is necessary to deliver the video securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the video feature (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We have disabled the Mux Data playback analytics in the player. Mux processes the above data on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum. Data may also be processed in the USA; Mux participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information is available in the Mux privacy policy and the Mux Data Processing Addendum.

Google Cast (gstatic)

The Mux player can load the Google Cast SDK from www.gstatic.com to make the optional Chromecast feature available. This resource is not used by us for website analytics. It is loaded only when the player makes the Cast feature available.

When the SDK is loaded, Google may process technical information such as your IP address, the page accessed, request time, browser and device information, and may access cookies already stored by Google. This processing enables the Cast feature and is based on our legitimate interest in providing an optional video-playback feature you have chosen to use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For visitors in the EEA and Switzerland, the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may also be processed by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Further information is available in the Google privacy policy.

Hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted with the following provider:

When you visit the website, Vercel automatically collects and stores what are known as server log files, which your browser transmits. These include, among other things, the IP address, browser type and version, operating system used, and the time of the server request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement (DPA) with Vercel pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
